If the Ruler are not showing, show the Ruler {View→Ruler (Ctrl+Shift+R)}. The image in the attached file is centred vertically and horizontally. To reproduce: 1. Single click on the image 2. Click on the whitespace 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 The image is no longer in the centred vertically, it has moved down the page.

I have had a look at the uploaded document and noted that the bug does *not* show when using the attached LibreOffice Impress document is in read-only mode. To assist in reproducing the bug, please click 'Edit Document' and then: 1. Single click on the image 2. Click on the whitespace 3.
