Description Ian 2015-06-17 08:37:41 UTC
This is really weird and seemingly a bit random. But it is now rare if ever that I can go for many minutes entering data into Calc cells before erratic and unwelcome things start happening on screen. For example, I'll input data and it doesn't show up in the cell (even though it's in the Formula bar; or when I scroll or switch tabs, the display get's jumbled / corrupted. Wierdly, the only way through this appears to be clicking outside the LibreOffice window and then back again, whereupon things appear to be back on track. But it's a ridiculous pain and threatens my continued use of LibreOffice.

LibreOffice Version: 4.3.7.2 Build ID: 8a35821d8636a03b8bf4e15b48f59794652c68ba

running on Macbook Air / OSX Mavericks (10.9.5)

Hello Ian,
please test with version 4.4, http://www.libreoffice.org/download/

If bug still occurs, please attach some printscreens ( or when I scroll or switch tabs, the display get's jumbled / corrupted.) and set again to unconfirmed. Thank you

Hi, sorry to leave this for so long.
i have been using version 4.4.5.2. since 23 Jul 15, and the issue still occurs. (In fact I use LibreOffice less often now because of it - but I would really lie to be using it much more, if only it was reliable for me.)

I have since discovered that resizing the Libre Office window - even by the slightest amount - appears to rectify the erratic display. But you can appreciate that this is far from ideal.

I will try and use the programme more often over the next few weeks and provide some images.
