update (upload every run) was corrected by me. problem that the image is uploaded still exists.
OK, I found out that the image IS in use: https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Insert_Plug-In and at https://help.libreoffice.org/Writer/Insert_1#Plug-in (check source code, it is not used because of the system depend stuff) --> FIXED with bug fix of reuploaded images. now we still need to fix the display of the platform specific parts
