Description Jerry 2015-06-27 10:44:45 UTC
Hello,
When I want to set conditional formatting on one cell or cell range, I can't define the condition. I can select cell range, but when I click on "add" to add a condition, nothing happens.
So, as I’m unable to add a condition, I can’t perform conditional formatting on my document.

Steps:
1. Select some cells
2. Format > Conditional Formatting > Condition
3. Click on "Add"
4. Nothing happens

Hi @Jerry, thanks for reporting.

I can't reproduce with:
Win7x64
Version: 4.4.4.3 Build ID: 2c39ebcf046445232b798108aa8a7e7d89552ea8

Have you tried resetting the user profile, sometimes solves strange issues.

Clicking "add" in my case adds another condition.
You are using 4.4.2, but I don't think conditions have been reported as borken in that one.. You could try with the latest, 4.4.4 just to be sure.

Win 7 Pro 64-bit, Version: 4.4.4.3

Hello,
Sorry for that late answer, I had a lack of time these weeks.

I updated to LO 4.4.4.3 via debian repos, and I have the same problem.
I also tried with V5, build from official sources, and it works… And because it works with V5, I may be able to describe the bug a little more : on V4.X, when I select my cell range and then go to Format > Conditional Formatting > Condition, I get an empty window, and "add" button does not works. On V5, when I launch the conditional formatting tool, the window is pre-filled with a first line (with selected cell range, combo boxes…).
I'll see if the problem remains on V5 in deb repos as soon as it will be ported to Jessie version (it’s currently in "Experimental"). Waiting this, I’ll try on a Mint 17.1 today, 17.2 on monday, and I post feedback if I find something interesting.
