Description PJG51 2015-07-01 09:39:29 UTC
Hi,

When [Shift-Enter] is pressed in a paragraph, a line is created without a new paragraph, right, it's correct. But if the paragraph is justified (left & right), the last line is justified too ! It's horrible !
This should keep setting paragraph styles if you want the last line of a justified paragraph must be aligned left.

Best regards,

PJG

New line is not a new paragraph, so yes, I suppose it should keep the paragraph defined settings and justify accordingly.

I will set it to enhancement, but I guess others, including devs, light have something to say about what they expect to happen.

Hi,

LO was updated in 5.0 version, and this bug was not fixed…

Updated to 5.0.1.2 and this bug was not fixed.

So, since 5.0 version I think the software is less and less stable ! At least half the time, the LO crashes when leaving...

Tested with LO 6.3.4.2

1. Start with a justified (Ctrl-J) paragraph.
2. Ctrl-Enter (in middle of a line, in the middle of paragraph).

Actual result:

last line of paragraph (where Ctrl-Enter) was pressed is not justified (i.e., remains aligned left).

That is, LO now behaves as expected in OP, therefore closing as WFM.
