Changed applied to /usr/share/themes/elementary/gtk-2.0/gtkrc

For elementaryOS (based on Ubuntu 14.94) I've found that the GtkScrollbar value is preset in /usr/share/themes/elementary/gtk-2.0/gtkrc to 6.

 GtkScrollbar ::slider-width = 6

The problem is that this value is used for programs such as Libreoffice Calc (Versión: 4.2.8.2, the one available in the repositories) to define the height of the tabs used for the different sheets. Such a small value makes almost impossible to read the name of the tabs. I have manually updated this value to 15 (a reasonable value for my system) to:

 GtkScrollbar ::slider-width = 15

The way in which the scrollbar height is rendered may be changed to make the text readable.

This version is EOL and not supported anymore by TDF (if some distro still has this version, it's their responsibility to maintain it).

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 36772 ***

Thanks. I'm notifying the issue, as this is not happening with 4.4.4.3.
