Created attachment 117080 [details] Zotero inserting a reference (see zotero buttons top right) Hello! It would be great if Impress would understand ReferenceMarks like Writer does. This was, one could manage references (e.g. citing course for graphics) and show a list of references at the end. I am not suggesting to fully implement the only very limited Bibliography database again for Impress. I'd rather suggest to implement enough under-the-hood logic, so that e.g. zotero -- a tool that already integrates quite well with Writer -- would be useable in Impress, too. See screenshots from Writer+Zotero and the tweet conversation I had with a guy from zotero about it. -> https://twitter.com/adam42smith/status/617029198847283200 What are your estimates for a minimal implementation of this functionality? Thank for considering! digisus
Hi digisus, Thanks, a clear idea and I support the suggestion. (In reply to digisus from comment #0) > What are your estimates for a minimal implementation of this functionality? You mean in development time or ...? If you would like to know, I think you may make some contact via the professional support page here http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/professional-support/ ciao - Cor (NB: the page referred from your twitter description seems unavailable)
Definitely worth to do, likewise bug 73275. Adding it to the bibliography pile; unless we have a mockup the UX keyword should be kept.

Nonsense, the UX of Zotero is not of our concerns. What we have to evaluate is the ability of additional fields in Impress (see bug 53548).
