ANOVA is the acronym fir A<emph>N</emph>alysis <emph>O</emph>f <emph>VA</emph>riance. Produces the analysis of variance (ANOVA) of a given data set

fir -> for I presume.

About "two factor", I'm not sure, the UI uses it this way and there are quite a few relevant looking Google hits for this kind of use too:
