Description Bojan 2015-07-23 10:33:35 UTC
Click on "Open File" or "File -> Open" produces an opening window to select file. Said window is rather small. It may be expanded, however, the new size and location is not stored. The next time I select Open File the window is small again.

In addition, the Remove option is missing when right clicking on a certain file.

regards,
Bojan

Tested with Version: 5.0.1.0.0+
Build ID: 0de80b40ca9b7ad6489c8d3618186d0b5bd8647a
built at home under Ubuntu_15.04_x86-64 with gcc 5.1
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8)

With system file picker: not reproducible for me
With the LibreOffice file picker: reproducible.

Which file picker do you use? See menu Tools > Options > LibreOffice > General.

Best regards. JBF

I use LO file picker. Indeed, when using non-LO file picker the File/Open works fine. Nevertheless, I prefer LO file picker since it comprises additional options such as New Folder, Servers.

I think it is not the role of the filepicker to allow this sort of file management.

LO filepicker is made obsolete (see bug 114484) -> closing as WontFix.
