Description Leopoldo Saggin 2015-07-28 08:02:27 UTC
In my hands LO 5.0.0.4rc cannot manage Options -> Basic Fonts (Western).
I generally substitute basic fonts (Liberation Serif/Sans) with Calibri and I save this configuration by clicking Ok.
This seems to work at least until LO 4.5.x. No idea of what happens with LO 5.0.0.x (except for 5.0.0.3 for which I was *almost* sure it still worked).
For sure I cannot save new Basic Fonts (Western) using version 5.0.0.4
The program always reverts to Liberation on next start.
I'm using LibO 32bit on Windows7 Pro 64bit system.

Ubuntu 15.04
LibreOffice 5.0.0.4

Works fine.

@Leopoldo - you mind trying with a fresh profile? https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile

Feel free to jump into our chat and talk live with any of the QA people around - we have two QA members (1 Windows, 1 Linux) who cannot confirm so it would be great to talk about it :) http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=libreoffice-qa

in the meantime let's label this as NEEDINFO waiting for user's feedback after profile reset.
Comment 4 Leopoldo Saggin 2015-08-02 16:48:36 UTC
I tried starting with a fresh profile and in this case the bug disappeared.
So it seems to be present only when you update (as I did) from an old version (in my case 4.5.2) trying to maintain the old profile.
Cheers,
Leopoldo/Topoldo
