how did you upgrade from 4.3.7 to 4.4.5? did you uninstall 4.3.7 and then install 4.4.5 or did you install 4.4.5 on top of 4.3.7?
Hello, Yes, 1- I unistall old version, 2- purge (delete) my profile %appdata%\libreoffice 3- install new version 4- copy old %appdata%\LibreOffice\4\user\gallery files as mentioned Regards Nicolas

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
