Hi there!

Why is there no option to define a header row to be displayed on each page upon export to PDF or when printing?

Hello,
you can do it now, see https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Edit_Print_Ranges#Rows_to_repeat

The guide says "In the right text box enter the row reference". What right text box? Can you attach screenshot?

Ok. I should have read from the beginning. I only read that small section, disregarding the rest.
In the meantime, I found a shorter guide here: https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/FAQ/Calc/Printing/How_I_do_select_a_row_%28or_rows%29_in_my_spreadsheet_to_repeat_on_every_page_when_printed%3F
