I have Linux Mint Rafaela. In LibreOffice Writer I copy and paste a hyperlink which will go into the normal blue and underline itself. Holding the mouse over the link I get the standard message to Cntrl/Click. When I do a control/click there is no action and does not go to the link. It always worked with Word under windows and has showed up in Writer both under Windows and Linux mint.

Thanks for your report.
I cannot reproduce it in 4.4.5.2 and 5.0.0.5 on Ubuntu.
Can you please test is a more recent version?

If the problem persists, please feel free to reopen with a test file!
