Description Wyatt 2015-08-10 16:04:20 UTC
When I click on a shape to edit the text, then click on the property toolbar to modify the font size, the program locks up and the screen flickers as the toolbar attempts to resize

Hi Wyatt,

It's not clear to me what do you mean by "property toolbar". Could you attach a screenshot please? Thanks.
Comment 2 Wyatt 2015-08-12 13:40:09 UTC
It is the "sidebar" that is visible when I click View->Sidebar. When I select an object in my drawing, various properties are displayed in this sidebar.

I am running on Linux Mint 17.

OK, Are you trying to resize the sidebar when this happens? Something like in this video - attachment 117833 [details]?

Also - Did you install LibreOffice from a PPA? If yes - please install these packages (even if you're not going to use these icon styles):

libreoffice-style-galaxy
libreoffice-style-tango

Please report back whether it solves your problem. Thanks.

Yes, that video shows exactly the problem I am experiencing.

I installed the two style packages and have not been able to recreate the problem.

Thanks for confirming. So this behavior involves 2 bugs: Bug 78111 and Bug 93145. The first one already has a fix, that will be included (at least) in 5.0.2.
