When I clicked on document on "style and formatting" (or F11), the whole LibreOffice is crashed and system (Ubuntu) is log out (really, not crashing system, not reboot, just log out current user from desktop). I have migrated from 4.x to 5.0 automatic, I have Ubuntu 14.04. Petr.

I solved the problem by installing: libreoffice-style-galaxy libreoffice-style-tango (but I have not use this icons. So I'am thinking, that is still a bug. )

Thanks for fidling out Petr! Most likely it is a dup of 93134, since installing the other fonts resolved it. The bug is caused by fall-back to another icon set for the side bar, if the one used is not complete. Ciao - Cor *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 93134 ***

Those comments are related, because sift seems to be missing Update Style/New Style from selection icons, which triggers Bug 78111. But still this bug is not a dup of Bug 93134, because it talks about the "Style and Formatting" deck crash, not about the "Properties" deck, and as such is not related to Bug 78111.

Styles and formatting is launched in what people may call the "properties deck" ?

It has several ways of reproducing. - Since 5.0, with the introduction of the Styles panel (Bug 73071), we have 2 more ways to trigger this bug: 1) If the styles combo-box has an item with a very wide preview. This is tracked mainly in Bug 93290, but also in Bug 78111. 2) If the icons for Update Style/New Style are missing.
