Description Dirk Munk 2015-08-15 12:50:12 UTC
I'm using LibreOffice 5.0.0.5 64 bit, and I have installed the helppack. The helppack in is the LibreOffice directory. However LibreOffice does not use the local helppack, it uses the online help.

Hi @Dirk, thanks for reporting.

Are you sure, that the installed helpack is the same language than select for the UI?:
Menu/Tools/LibreOffice/Language settings/Language - User interface.

Must be the same language and country.
E.g. if the UI is English (USA) and the helppack is for English-UK then they don't coincide, help goes to online.

You're right, that was the problem. Strange, I never had this problem before. The User Interface was English UK, and the helppack English US. I reinstalled the program and the helppack, and now everything is fine.

By the way, it is a bit odd that the standard Windows version still is the 32 bit one, almost all Windows 7 and Windows 8 installations will have been 64 bit versions.

Thanks for your assistance.
