There no button available which can be inserted to the toolbar for inserting an automatic line break.
What do you mean by "automatic line break" ? Best regards. JBF
It's what you see on Format -> Cells -> Alignment -> Automatic Line Break (lower left corner) Maybe it's called not exactly the same, I use a different language set-up.
Ah, ok, thank you. If I understand well it is "Wrap text automatically" and that concerns Calc. This function is available in the Properties tab of the sidebar : check box "Wrap text" (see the tooltip). It is available too in the formatting toolbar. Closing as WorksForMe. Please feel free to reopen if I understood wrongly what you mean. Best regards. JBF
Hi, I thought I marked it for Calc, must have missed that, sorry. Sorry, but there is no such function in the formatting toolbar, and there is none in the formattings menu. The only way to get there is by format -> cells. That why I was looking for a button for this function to insert it to the toolbar, but there is none either. To get this function through the sidebar or the menu is long-winded. There are buttons for each and every thing, but this one is missing. Cheers, Thoskk

Ok, thanks, I found the reason: In German interface, the regarding function is called "Automatischer Zeilenumbruch" if you go by format -> cells (right click or menu), and it's called "Zeilenumbruch" if you go by the sidebar. But: It's actually called "Text umbrechen" if you look among the toolbar icons if you want to add it. I think this is not so clever, I had to change to English interface settings to find it. The icon was not present in my usual interface. The reason could be that the Galaxy icon set apparently has no icon for it, because neither does it match the "Galaxy style", nor does it change when switching from e.g. Oxygen to Galaxy. Hence, it might have been omitted after installation of new version and changing to Galaxy. Minor cause with major effect. Hope this can help anybody using a German interface.
