star tool popup menu goes in wrong direction

i opened LO Draw to try someting real simple (draw a polygon), so i was looking for it under the "star" Tool (dropdown/popup tool at the bottom of the screen on ms windows). there i can see that the popup menu is been drawn TOP DOWN or DOWN to the windows task bar (in fact BEHIND it), while other popup tool menus like this open up TO TOP into free space.

hard to explain by words. see attached screenshots .

I do not see the problem on Windows Vista. I tried two versions of
LibreOffice:

(1) With LibreOffice 4.4.4.1 ...
        Version: 4.4.4.1.0+
        Build ID: 24c5f9979e61fde7b098af60756a4890e5713390
        Locale: en_CA

I did what Axel reports. As I moved the Draw window to lower
positions on the desktop, the popup changed from opening downward
to opening upward. In no case did it overlap the task bar.

(2) With Windows daily build from 2015-08-13 ...
        Version: 5.1.0.0.alpha1+
        Build ID: 56050b75941355285911c0293a3c02fc403d0c89

I placed the Draw window so that the popup from the tooldbar at
the left, if it had opened to the right, would
have overlapped the Windows task bar at the right of the desktop.
In this case, the popup opened leftward.

Axel,

When you tell us what version of Windows you were using, please set
the bug status back to UNCONFIRMED.

Can't repro (moved the toolbar down for testing).

Win 7 Pro 64-bit, Version: 5.0.1.2 (32-bit)

Can't reproduce on Win10, LibreOffice Version: 5.0.4.2 Build ID: 2b9802c1994aa0b7dc6079e128979269cf95bc78.

Tried reproducing with both default taskbar and 2-line-high taskbar, menu always opens upward and stays in the foreground.

For starters, my toolbar is to the left, but I moved it to the bottom to test.
Windows 7, 64bit, Libre 5.1.2.2. If I click on the start the menu pops up above it as it should. My screen resolution is 1920x1080. Is yours perhaps really small--if that matters? Of course I don't have the German version to test on. This en-us version.

i cannot repro it too, but i might have an idea: the Windows-taskbar is using "two rows". Is that maybe producing the problem?
