test document and screenshoot

I put image, then write below it.
When I'm exporting to pdf, the text is missing. When I see in the document later, the text is missing.
(see SS intended and result).
Then I see typing cursor after the image (see SS "cursor shown"). So I think this is a bug on image placement. I try "no wrap" and placing not on the center. But the bug remains.

You can see the document itself. See on the chapter "Quick And Easy Drop Biscuits". I'm sorry to include whole document since the bug not always occur.

I'm okay for adding additional paragraph below image. But that is not good for captions. So my trick is to create special paragraph style which has only 0.1 cm vertical space.

Hi, did you put captions or did you write just below with the Drawing style applied? There is a bug a can't reproduce that look like yours

I think here is how:
1. I modify the draw style (see in my doc, default image shown on outer side in page).
2. On the problematic image. I set them MANUALLY to center (direct format).
3. I write the text below image.

It is not only caption. But normal body text paragraph also hidden.
While it is not critical. But this bug do make my document looks ugly.

And it also hard to reproduce.

Test from 5.0.1.2

Hi Beluga,
It looks there is additional paragraph under image, you should delete that before exporting to PDF, that is the proper caption.

I do test on 5.0.1.2 and still see the bug. I hope this doesn't happen on new doc created by 5.0.1.2

Ok, I deleted the empty paragraph below the image, but the italics text still shows fine in PDF export.

As we both have Windows and LibO 5.0.1, maybe you should try this: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile

Still same. Did you see the screenshot?
This bug is really hard to reproduce. I don't know if different system can have different result
I'm also cannot reproduce it in simple test file
