Sometimes you can end up with LO having a Startcenter window as well as document windows. One way to get this is to open LO after a crash which causes the recovery dialog to appear. It is then still possible to open the Startcenter with File > Startcenter. If you finish the recovery dialog after that you end with a Startcenter and document windows. Maybe there are also other ways to get this combination. However, the Startcenter window does not have a title, which gives it a blank menu item in the Window menu. This is confusing. My suggestion is to give it the title 'Startcenter'.
Confirming on OSX 10.10.5 and Version: 5.0.0.5 Build ID: 1b1a90865e348b492231e1c451437d7a15bb262b Locale : fr-FR (fr.UTF-8)
The problem goes back further, but no time to test at the moment.
would you please post a screenshot actually under Win8.1 x64 the Start Center from LibO 5.0.3.1 has a "LibreOffice" title. isn't that enough or do you really need a "LibreOffice Start Center" title?
