Single slide sample attached
Because the background goes missing, the text is white on white, not as expected as per MS Office.

Opened pptx, and slide is all white (with just some red-squiggly-underlines from spellcheck appearing)

It's hard to tell, but it's quite possible that this is related to bug 89156.
Seems fine on 5.0.0 on Windows 10.

It has been pushed to "master":
