Created attachment 118368 [details] The two Navigation toolbars in Writer Writer has two "Navigation" toolbars: one is available from the Navigator (2nd upper left button) and the other is available from View > Toolbars (see attachment). These are different beasts allowing for (very) different activities. Hence, a disambiguation is necessary. Thanks.

Pitching it over to ux-advise to see which they think should be changed and to what. With my enhancement of the Navigator in bug 89566, the Navigation dialog will be eliminated.
