Open "Contents" page of local help > Text Documents > Command and Menu Reference > Menus > File. Double-click. Then click on heading "Templates". The current menu "Template" contains only the items "Manage" and "Save as Template". The help page content still belongs to the old template manager and following the items leads to obsolete content.

It has this:
Templates
Lets you organize and edit your templates, as well as save the current file as a template.

To access this command...

Address Book Source
Edit the field assignments and the data source for your address book.
Saving (Templates)
Saves the current document as a template.
Edit
Opens a dialog where you can select a template for editing.
