Open "Contents" page of local help > Text Documents > Command and Menu Reference > Menus > File. Double-click. Then click on heading "Templates". The current menu "Template" contains only the items "Manage" and "Save as Template". The help page content still belongs to the old template manager and following the items leads to obsolete content.
