Description Yan 2015-09-18 14:24:14 UTC
Win 8.1 64, K-lite and vlc installed.
Libreoffice completely removed and reinstalled. 64bit. Latest java 64bit.
Sideshow causes crash on slide with video. Newly created presentation too. In mediaplayer same crash on opening.
As I remember last 4.? Version worked.
No directly related workarounds found, sorry. Video is crucial for my purpose, so solution is needed.

Hey raal, any reviews or comments? The crash repeats even after update of LbrO to the last version.

Crashes immediately when the vid would start playing?
I let it play for about 15 secs with no problem.

Kubuntu 15.04 64-bit KDE Plasma 5.4
Version: 5.0.2.2
Build ID: 00m0(Build:2)

You could try getting a backtrace of the crash: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg

Hi,

I confirm the crash with LO 5.0.1.2 under Win10/x64. Crashes immediately when the video starts playing.

No crash with LO 5.1.0.3 under Win10/x64.

Yan: it seems this was a real problem, but is fixed in 5.1. Can you test and then close as worksforme?
