This issue is a part of a too complex bug 31357.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachment 43372 [details] with Libre Office Writer.
2. Save it as docx.
3. Open the .docx in MS Word 2007.
In the original .odt file both pictures are visible. If I open the .docx with LibreOffice it is the same, but in MS Word 2007 one image is behind another. Should we also open a FILEOPEN bug for the docx?
According to bug 31357 the problem has a long history. I reproduce it with Libre Office 5.0.1 on Windows 7.
I can reproduce the bug.
the .docx file is correctly shown by LibO but not in www.docspal.com where the image overlap
