https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Protecting_Content_in/de should contain a note that the maximum length of an encryption keyword is 15 characters. 
May be this should be done for other languages, too.

Hi Wasteb,

Where do you set the encryption password?
File > Save [x] With Password ?
(I can do that with ODF in 5.0.2.2 with much more then 15 characters)

At least in 5.0.2.2 I see a warning when pasting to many characters, and typing stops at 15. so looks as if this has been fixed in the mean time..
