Created attachment 119355 [details] Document with big image in the header freezes everything Hi, Just got a document from our partners in DOCX format and after opening i got my hi end top hardware (latest i7 CPU,16GB RAM, SSD etc) completely frozen. Tried both LO4 and LO5, both DOCX and ODT formats - it behaves very slow until i deleted the image from the header. Please check the attached example document, without any text except image in the header. Thank you.
Doesn't freeze my system, but the document is slow to scroll and manipulate, so setting to NEW. Win 7 Pro 64-bit, Version: 5.0.2.2 (x64) Build ID: 37b43f919e4de5eeaca9b9755ed688758a8251fe Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI)
I meant that - LO just eats all CPU resources while scrolling, so my system becomes slow and unresponsive.
Confirmed same slowness on Linux, too. Kubuntu 15.04 64-bit KDE Plasma 5.4 Version: 5.0.2.2 Build ID: 00m0(Build:2) Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8)

Created attachment 143232 [details] Example file in ODT format (In reply to Buovjaga from comment #8) > Does this mean you see the image in the header with these versions? Because > I don't. No, not with docx import. I saved the file as ODT first ;-).

I cannot reproduce, no response from the reporter, assuming it works fine now.
Yep, tested in Linux 7.4 bibisect repo and there is no slowness anymore
