I went to Tables and double clicked PEP. I inputted data roughly the same as in your screenshot.
What do I have to do to produce the error message?
If it is Insert - Record, then there was no error for me.

I tested using 5.0.2, while you use 5.0.0.5

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

Hi Jonathan,

the column "Source" is set to a length of 8 characters. But you try to insert 'Online - htt' (might be a little bit longer, but the characters I could see are 12).

Error only says there is a value too long to insert. So have a look at your table-definition.
