paragraph border images

Hi,

Since LO 4.2 the join between the vertical and horizontal borders is not correct (with Format > Paragraph > Border).

As a picture is better than a long speech :-))

Jacques Guilleron says to me that the bug occurs in LO 4.2.1.1.  (correct in LO 4.2.0.4).

I change the version.

This issue was previously reported in 
Bug 81643 - Borders are drawn as rectangles and so they are not joined well at the corners
I set this one to DUPLICATE of 81643, allways opened despite two patches.
