Upgraded to version 4.4.5.2.  Now existing spreadsheet formulas will not recalc when data changed and now ONLY shows the formula in the cell.  Same result with a new spreadsheet.  In row 5 columns A to C enter values,  In D5 entered "=sum(A5:c5)"  The result in D5 is the formula.

Hi Jim,

Verify in Tools > Options > LibreOffice Calc > View > Display
Formulas isn't check.

Since there was no reply for months, I'm closing this assuming the issue was resolved by changing the setting.
