On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today + polish UI + SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen (to use a rendering alike(?) Windows), I don't reproduce this. For the test, could you upgrade to LO 5.0.2 and rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows)
I installed LO 5.0.2.2 (x64) in new directory. It don't work.

This problem I have in my old computer whith windows XP. LO 5.0.2.2 (x86) crashed after I do steps 1-3. One thing. In old version in tab word completion was switches for on/off for collect words, and collect proposition in polish ("włącz uzupełnianie wyrazów" i "zbierz propozycje"). If you see screenshot, this things not exist in this tab.

no crash using LibO 5.0.3.1 under Win8.1 did you reset the user profile like suggested in comment 1 ?
Few days ago I installed LO 5.0.2.2. (x-64)in new directory. LO Crasched. Today I changed user directory. It still not working. It crasched only in tab autocorrect option/word completion. Other tabs in autocorrect works properly.

Jacek: per baffclan's referring to a fixed bug, you could try with a build of 5.1 done after Oct 29th: http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/?C=M;O=A The Windows build machines seem stuck at the moment, though.. I have to poke their owners.

New version LO 5.0.4.2 (x64) Build ID: 2b9802c1994aa0b7dc6079e128979269cf95bc78 Ustawienia regionalne: pl-PL (pl_PL) autocorrect options works good in Vista (64), Windows 7 (64) and XP (32).
Works now by comments 15 and 16. Set Status to WORKSFORME. Thanks for verification.
