Every control should get a tooltip. In particular the unlabeled toolbar items need it. The inbuilt dialog lacks on tooltip for the up-button (!), places along with + / -, and read-only. Those are special in this dialog and need explanation. I would also add tooltips for Version and File Type.

Closing my own ticket as WONTFIX. Tinkering with a replacement to native dialogs is always doomed, and we plan to retire this feature (or probably strip down every non-essential function), see bug 114484.
