I tried to key in today's date 29th October 2015, however, this is being changed when I tab through the table.

The field "LastUpdated" of table "PEP" is formatted as English(USA): MM/DD/YY. So you have to input '10/29/15' for the 29th October 2015. This input works for me with LO 5.0.3.2

Regional and language options of LO could not change language options inside a database, which is created with other language options.

No report back from OP since 10/2015, proper operating procedure given by comment 3, setting to resolved wfm
