Description Lovro 2015-10-30 08:29:38 UTC
Contrary to expected behaviour, (like SLOPE and INTERCEPT), LINEST shows error if there are empty cells in a range. It would be very useful if it would still work, despite empty cells.

6.18.41 LINEST
If any of the entries in knownY and knownX do not convert to Number, LINEST returns an error.

Can we with the comment from raal close this bug report or should we keep it open despite the OASIS specification?

What raal said. Excel behaves the same.
