Description Alexander E. Patrakov 2015-10-30 11:52:38 UTC
To reproduce:

1. Start LibreOffice Writer so that it creates a new blank document.
2. Type "qweqweqwe" there.
3. Edit > Find & replace
4. Type "asdasd", then Ctrl+Shift+Space (which is the shortcut to insert a non-breakable space).

Expected result: the non-breakable space gets entered into the dialog.

Actual result: the non-breakable space gets entered into the document.

Comment 7 Alexander E. Patrakov 2021-11-10 09:03:44 UTC
Tested with version 7.2.2.2. Now, if I press Ctrl+Shift+Space in the search-and-replace dialog, the non-breakable space is no longer entered into the document. But it is not entered into the dialog either.
Comment 8 Diana Vides 2023-06-13 02:58:14 UTC
The bug still exists. The shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Space in the search-and-replace dialog is not working.

Actual result: the non-breakable space does not get entered into the dialog box
