I set printing to be 2 pages wide and 5 pages deep (Calc does not seem to have a feature similar to Excel where one can leave the depth blank - more often than not, one wants to see certain columns on one printed page, or a grouping of columns and rows on one printed page. Calc honours the pages across, but does not fit to the column breaks. If I save to xls, then reset print ranges as I wanted them using Excel. it prints correctly using Excel, and if I open the xls using Calc, it prints correctly as well. Created attachment 120434 [details] page breaks are ignired in printing I inserted col and row breaks in M30. Do a print screen, this is not what displays. Whilst we are about that, I cannot find where I specify which rows and columns to repeat on every page.
Created attachment 120445 [details] PDF printed from LibO 5.0.3 Is this an incorrect result? Win 7 Pro 64-bit, Version: 5.0.3.2 (x64) Build ID: e5f16313668ac592c1bfb310f4390624e3dbfb75 Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI)
Getting the same result as Beluga, on Win10 using LibreOffice Calc version 5.0.4.2 build ID 2b9802c1994aa0b7dc6079e128979269cf95bc78. The problem is: Print Ranges were defined. If you go to "View -> Page Break View" you can see a grey set of line/row breaks meeting at M30 in the supplied example document. Those override the normal Page Breaks. Go to "Format -> Print Ranges -> Clear" to make the manual (blue) page breaks count. I'll mark this as RESOLVED and NOTABUG since it seems more like an unexpected behaviour due to not knowing about Print Ranges.
