ODB test Base

On Mac OsX 10.11.1 el capitan, LibreOffice Version 5.0.2.2, Last JRE from oracle
usign customize function : open document to execute a procedure via macro to display a Form.
Form is not displayed, libre office is blocked, visual basic is in an infinite loop state, it is impossible to stop visual basic running.

If you execute this macro when your project is open in libre office base, without using customize function "open document", the form is well displayed.

Same behaviour and result if you execute only the function Msgbox().

Here is attachment a the file.

For infomation the file works perfectly with windows OS

Couldn't confirm this with OpenSUSE 12.3 64bit rpm Linux. Could it be a special Mac-bug?

This bug has never been confirmed by a second person except the bug-submitter. So I will set this bug to "Unconfirmed".
