A simple pivot table demonstrating the issue

Working with the attached file, right clicking on the pivot table and choosing "Edit Layout" opens "Pivot Table Layout" dialog. This adds "Data" into the Column Fields, even though there is no column "Data", only columns "ColA" to "ColE". Also, when creating the pivot table, this dialog is initialized with "Data" in the Column Fields. Needless to say, if "Data" is not deleted is affects the pivot table.

Observed on Win7, x64 build of LO. This bug is not present in LO 4.2.8.2 @ Ubuntu x64.
