Hello, 
i have the same problem every time :
i open a document with a name, (treso_20151102.ods), modify the doc and change the name, (treso_20151113.ods ), then when libreoffice crash and i restart, if a want to recover the file, i get it with the old filename instead of the new one.

I can not reproduce with LO 5.0.3, win7.
What is your version of LO?

I tested: created document and saved, modified, saved under different name, forced crash by closing from task manager.
No problem, the name is the correct one.

Try this trick: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile

Win 7 Pro 64-bit, Version: 5.0.3.2 (x64)
Build ID: e5f16313668ac592c1bfb310f4390624e3dbfb75
Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI)

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.

Found a dupe.

Régis: do you have enabled Tools - Options - LibO - View - Use OpenGL for all rendering
