This is not a bug but a suggestion for improvement: When I have to paste the format from one cell to another I have to do several steps: Edit > Special paste > unselect Text, Number and Data > select Format > Accept. It would be very appreciate to have the possibility of putting a direct shortcut in the main bar. I  use this characteristic many times.
