Presentation of the bug

How to reproduce:
1. Format a cell as "Text":
right click on a cell > Format Cells... > Category:Text (format "@") > OK
2. Write some command on this cell (e.g. refer to another cell, like "=C3") and press enter.
3. Instead of the content of the referenced cell, the typed command is shown.

I believe this is a bug and not an intended behavior (e.g. for formatting code), as doing the same thing in the reverse order works normally (first writting the command and then formatting as "Text").

Hi @makishourdakis, thanks for reporting.

Text @ format is just for that, anything entered in a cell with Text format is entered as it is typed without any change.

You don't need such format to enter text in a cell.

Doing in reverse don't do it because changing the cell format never changes their content, only can changes how it is showed.
