Difference between normal and italic for the letter "a"
Error : in italic an ' appears ?? before the a

The problem comes with le last last upgrade.
Before there was no problem.

I install the version 5.0.1 and i have no problem anymore.

I see no problem.

What if you disable this and restart LibreOffice: Tools - Options - LibO - View - Use OpenGL for all rendering

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

This is the same issue as reported in bug 97171 (which is newer than this one but being actively worked on). Disabling OpenGL rendering in Options makes the issue go away.
