Looks like there is currently no Albanian support at all. This is a request to add the currency, language, and locale stuff. Eike, I'm not sure what's current status of support for Albania locale in LibreOffice. Could you please explain it?
There is no sq-AL Albanian (Albania) locale data i.e. file i18npool/source/localedata/data/sq_AL.xml For how to contribute locale data please see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/LibreOffice_Localization_Guide/How_To_Submit_New_Locale_Data
There is still no {sq-AL} Albanian (Albania) locale data, no one provided it. See comment 6. I could figure out details (separators, weekday and month names) from Unicode CLDR, some number/date format code uses would be guesses.
