Error Attachment

Hi,

We are the users of Libre office and MS office. So when we tried editing and closing a document in Libre office after opening the same file in MS Excel we are getting the Filter database issue. we are entering several file names. I mean to say it is asking for around 10-12 times. We need to give unique file name everytime. So I want this to be resolved.

FYI: I have attached Screenshot for your reference.

It seems to be a duplicate.

Please read the last comments in bug 90484 for how to solve it.
