help about "conversione"

As requested, referring to bug 96138, and also 69539.
In MS Excel there is only the CONVERT function (an engineering function to "Converts a number from one measurement system to another. For example, CONVERT can translate a table of distances in miles to a table of distances in kilometers.".
In LO, searching into IT help about "conversione" I can find only ...(see the IT attachment) and that one refers to Writer (why in Calc help?), searching otherway about "CONVERTI" I found nothing but ... (see the attachment): it seems the same Excel function and the help too says "Converte un valore da un'unità di misura a un'altra unità di misura" (that is "Convert a value from one unit of measurement to another unit of measurement") but in reality it converts only currencies.
No one reference to other similar functions, it is very difficult, not knowing this, to find references to other functions (as CONVERTI_ADD which does all other types of conversions).
Further I note about "Welcome to the LibreOffice xxx Help":
Find - The Full-Text Search. The full text search function in LibreOffice Help allows you to find Help documents that contain any combination of search terms.

Then I'll suggest to correct the helps and warn about this for CONVERT, adding there a reference to the CONVERT_ADD function too.
And this is true from the original English version.
Please do not consider all this a sterile criticism, it is not so but hopefully an enhancement.
Thanks very much.

CONVERT_ADD has been renamed to CONVERT (as expected, and the configuration data evaluating former CONVERT to CONVERT_OOO) already for 5.3, see bug 69539.

Missing was renaming the Help entries, which is now done for master with http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/help/commit/?id=5c2654302e9e4dcf45f802e8d31e53f55251c367

You write "already for 5.3".
Well, it does not seem that the question is OK (LIBO 5.3.4.2).
Restarting from just the beginning of my post (about "Welcome to the LibreOffice xxx Help": Find - The Full-Text Search. The full text search function in LibreOffice Help allows you to find Help documents that contain any combination of search terms.) I still am very confusing searching for the convert function.

Look at the attached odt: going to the the help welcome page and searching for "convert" (only as an example) I get many oddities in various languages but nothing about that function.

To find something usefull I have to click on "List of Functions by Category", then on "Calculation", then on "Mathematical" and finally ... the "CONVERT" appears, but still nothing about what expected: there it is said "Converts a value from one unit of measurement to another unit of measurement. The conversion factors are given in a list in the configuration.
At one time the list of conversion factors included the legacy European currencies and the Euro (see examples below). We suggest using the new function EUROCONVERT for converting these currencies." and the examples are
=CONVERT(100;"ATS";"EUR") returns the Euro value of 100 Austrian Schillings.
CONVERT(100;"EUR";"DEM") converts 100 Euros into German Marks.
