have recently downloaded the above version and find that

File/save button is greyed out - can use Save as but not save

Maybe try this: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Resolving_corruption_in_the_user_profile

The button is fine for me.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists after profile rename. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
