OOo gift certificate template

Attempted to use a tempate from the OpenOffice repository (couldn't find a LibreOffice template for a gift certificate).  Any attempts to edit the text in the template just selects the background image.

Not sure if there was an error in translating the template, but I was able to finally get to the text by telling the image to go to the back.  Not sure if the template already states that the background image should be in the background and it got mistranslated or the document object depth got mangled in the translation.
