I think this will be nice feature to increase user experience, in the current version of the Android Viewer users do not aware of which columns or rows they are looking at.

List of the Column/Row headers (and their sizes) can be accessible with a .uno:ViewRowColumnHeaders command.

As of https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=b9471511523d5c80b80a5e99d149af65e9915840 this bug is resolved. Marking as fixed. Note: This bug may have been fixed before this commit but I know that it was fixed after this commit.
