I have a calc file with sheets in it. The first sheet is the data sheet and the second sheet has the report layout. At one time, I was able to fill out the data sheet and without changing, print the report. Now, I have to change to the second sheet to print. Why was this capability removed? I would like to request that the capability be put back into place. I understand that there could be a number of sheets that can have print ranges. However, if you allow a name to be assigned to each print ranges, then when printing is selected and more than one range is present, a selection box appears and the user can select which report(s) they want to print. Also, the other way it can work is the user is on one of the report sheets and wants to print a report, if there is no more than one, print the report. Regards, Ken
Please could you attach test file? Print more sheets you can when you select more sheets with ctrl+mouse click. Print ranges have not names, I think, so please try to describe steps for reproduce. Thanks Also 4.2.8 is rather old, is it still problem in actual version? http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/
