Using Calc, russian version. When I create new list - it's name is "Insert2", "Insert3" etc. ("Вставить2", "Вставить3" and so on)

When I wrote list, I've meant sheet (in russian it's the same word, лист)

This is customizable, take a look at Options > Calc > Defaults
